Senior Service Advisor Required in Farnham for Family Run Car Garage
Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday ONLY 
Pay: £35,000 - £38,000 Basic DOE 

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor in Farnham on behalf of a well-established family-run car garage. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and automotive portals to join a respected team and develop their career further.

Benefits

  • Competitive basic salary of £35,000 to £38,000, DOE
  • Standard working hours Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm with a one-hour lunch break

  • Access to a variety of automotive portals and systems, including OneLink, Kerridge, Dragon2000 etc

Duties

  • Advising customers on vehicle service and repairs efficiently and professionally
  • Managing digital portals such as OneLink, Kerridge + more 
  • Liaising between customers and technicians to coordinate repairs and maintenance
  • Building strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention
  • Maintaining accurate records of service visits and customer interactions
  • Supporting the overall operation of the service department to meet business targets
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor, ideally with senior or commercial experience
  • Strong knowledge of automotive portals 
  • Mechanical knowledge is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently within a busy environment
  • Reliable and committed attitude towards your role
