Pay: £30k Basic + £40k Uncapped Commission 
Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota paid at Overtime

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the automotive industry? We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our client’s team in Epsom. Whether you are an experienced Service Advisor or someone eager to begin their career in this dynamic role, this opportunity offers excellent prospects and a supportive working environment.

Benefits

  • Competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum
  • Uncapped commission earning potential of approximately £40,000 OTE
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, totalling 33 days
  • Working hours from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday

Duties

  • Managing customer relationships and providing excellent service advice
  • Preparing and selling service plans to maximise sales opportunities
  • Scheduling service appointments and liaising with workshop teams
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up on service needs
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout the process
  • Promoting additional products and services in a professional manner
Candidate spec

  • Experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not essential for ambitious trainees
  • Confident and customer-focused with a motivated, fast-paced attitude
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • A proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
