Fleet Refurbishment Executive Required for National Fleet / Hire Company - Addlestone, Surrey
  • Pay: £35,000 - £40,000 Basic
  • Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday ONLY
Are you an experienced professional looking to join a dynamic national fleet and hire company? We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Refurbishment Executive to support our clients busy office based fleet operations team based in Addlestone, Surrey. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a strong organisational drive to contribute to a leading provider in the fleet / vehicle refurbishment sector.

Duties:
  • Overseeing the inspection and assessment of vehicle damage following off-hire inspections or site check-ins
  • Coordinating refurbishment activities across our repair and preparation network
  • Communicating with repair suppliers to obtain estimates and updates on vehicle progress
  • Ensuring damage records and repair requirements are documented accurately and comprehensively
  • Monitoring refurbishment timescales and liaising with suppliers to meet designated targets
  • Supporting the resolution of customer queries related to vehicle damage or refurbishment status
  • Maintaining detailed records of damage, repairs, and refurbishment activities
  • Building and sustaining relationships with repair and refurbishment partners
  • Escalating repair delays or quality concerns to senior management as necessary
  • Providing operational support to the fleet technical and refurbishment teams
Requirements:
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented with the ability to handle fast-paced workloads
  • Previous experience in Bodyshop reception or fleet or rental inspection roles is highly advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer care
  • Proven ability to liaise confidently with customers, repair suppliers, and internal teams
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills related to fleet refurbishment and damage management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • A full UK driving licence is essential
