SMART Repairer Required in Chiswick

Pay: Competitive Market Rate - enquire within
Hours: 45 Hours per week Monday - Friday 

Our client, a renowned Car Dealership in Chiswick, is seeking a skilled and experienced SMART Repairer to join their busy Bodyshop team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a reputable dealership representing leading UK automotive brands.

The successful individual will contribute to preparing vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.

Duties:
  • Accurately prepare and respray motor vehicles, ensuring quality workmanship
  • Carry out alloy wheel refurbishment and SMART repairs to meet customer standards
  • Make vehicles retail ready through light touch-ups, re-sprays, and paint repairs
  • Follow all safety and industry guidelines to guarantee a safe working environment
  • Use all paint mixing schemes and drying equipment correctly for repairs
  • Participate in specialised training sessions to enhance skills and technical knowledge
  • Mentor apprentice technicians when applicable and contribute to team development
Individual spec:
  • Proven experience as a SMART Repairer or similar role in an automotive environment
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
  • Experience with alloy wheel refurbishment and SMART repairs advantages
  • Knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop and meet deadlines
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
