We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Service Supervisor to join an elite automotive centre located in Knutsford, Cheshire. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead customer experience and operations within a prestigious vehicle specialist environment, handling some of the most desirable performance, prestige, and bespoke vehicles.

Duties as a Service Supervisor with our client
  • A hands-on front-of-house leadership role with a growing prestige and performance vehicle specialist. You'll oversee the customer journey from enquiry to vehicle collection, manage workshop bookings, quotations and invoicing, support workshop efficiency, identify upselling opportunities, and help grow the business through excellent customer service and social media content.
  • Drive sales opportunities by following up on estimates, rebooking repeat customers and upselling services and vehicle upgrades
  • Assist with marketing activities to promote the brand, including capturing content for social media and growing customer engagement
  • Support business growth by maintaining high standards of organisation, ensuring all chargeable work is invoiced correctly and maximising workshop profitability
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing automotive role, ideally as a Service Advisor or Service Supervisor
  • Minimum of three years' experience within the automotive industry, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Solid understanding of workshop processes and workshop management software
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills 
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive sales approach
  • Confident in using social media platforms for marketing and engagement
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Keen interest in automotive performance enhancements, bespoke vehicle builds and vehicle modifications
